This was one of the closer races and I believe it was affected by timing. Avril Lavigne’s bikini pics were sensational, but they happened in April. Gomez has a longevity with her name alone, plus the pics were friggen awesome. Victoria Justice and Kelly Brook tied. Odd, because they are polar opposites, Brook being a gorgeous BBWNFS, and Justice being a fairly curveless teenager.
